I created this “Calmness” session because I personally have been so overwhelmed by the quickening of the energies and found using an EFT Technique called TAB, short for Touch & Breathe helped to release pressure and static from my field. You can apply TAB to yourself, but it feels so much better when applied by someone else.

Moving into a state of calmness is a necessity for your central nervous system to reset and maintain homeostasis in your body. This assist your cells in their continual effort to maintain balance for your health and well-being.
